'Captain America: Civil War' release date, spoilers news: New behind-the-scenes photos released

New detailed behind-the-scenes photos from the set of "Captain America: Civil War" have been released by Marvel so as to give fans a closer look at Team Iron Man and Team Captain America fighting their heart out in the upcoming Marvel blockbuster.

One photo showcases Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow as she beats up an agent from Hydra. In another image, she is seen standing on a car in the middle of the road, looking over something presumably sinister. She seems to be in Black Panther's territory here.

Black Widow is not dressed in her usual femme fatale outfit but it appears that she is masquerading as a random civilian in these "Captain America: Civil War" photos for some sort of an undercover mission.

Other photos feature Chris Evans as Captain America. One image shows the actor doing his magic as the camera rolled. The other one sees him chilling out in between takes. Another snap shows him and Sebastian Stan aka Winter Soldier taking cues from directors Joe and Anthony Russo.

Speaking of the Winter Soldier, he is also seen in a solo photo looking into the camera with a serious expression. One photo shows the Team Iron Man lined up and ready to fight while another sees Falcon, Captain America and T'Challa in civilian garb.

For now, the trailers and these photos are the closest fans can get in "Captain America: Civil War" before it hits the theaters in a couple of months. Of course, missing in all those goodies is Spider-Man to be played by Tom Holland.

With this premise at the center of the film, the Russo brothers revealed during the Wizard World Cleveland Comic Con (via Cleveland.com) that it will be "twice as aggressive in tone and execution" compared to "Winter Soldier."

"Captain America: Civil War" will be released on May 6, 2016. Here, the heroes are caught in an issue that tests their morals as superheroes. The new photos can be found here.
