'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare' minor update details for PS3 players

"Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" fans will soon find more features and challenges, as the game's developer announced that a major upgrade is being prepared. 

Those who are playing the game using PlayStation 3 were already given a minor update over the weekend. This update aims to fix the issues with the game's small user interface, connection optimization, among others. The new minor update is also meant for correcting AE4 weapons, improving the Emblem issues as well as addressing the glitches of the multiplayer map exploits. 

Other contents of the latest minor update for the PlayStation 3 version of "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" were posted by the Call of Duty Community, which includes: 

In-Game Updates

  • Unlocked full Royalty Character Loot Set.
  • Enhanced connectivity optimizations
  • Improved connectivity and matchmaking features when in a party.
  • Additional 15 Master Prestige ranks and Grand Master Prestige.
  • Included 15 more Daily Supply Drop Challenges.
  • Improved the rare issue where players cannot spawn into the game.
  • Improve the sound of the SAC3 with the Suppressor Attachment that will not play in stereo to all players on the map.
  • Rapair a rare issue where players would spawn without a gun.
  • Those who will play the game will now see a "Player does not own the map pack" message when the Havoc DLC joins their party.
  • Included the ability for purchased Create-A-Class slots to come up in Private Matches.

Meanwhile, the weapon balancing updates include reduced recoil for MK14, SN6, EPM3, and Lynx, corrected scopes on the Ae4, increased magazine size for ARX160, mid damage range increased and max damage range increased for Atlas 45, among others. 

On the other hand, some of the challenge updates that are included in the latest "Call of Duty" update for the last-gen console include the eliminated ability to receive more than one non-redeemable character gear from the Daily Supply Drop Challenges, the non-redeemable gear that players have acquired will no longer be available, as well as the omission of the erroneous Crossbow Scope challenge that can be unlocked at 10 kills.
