Buffalo Bills NFL draft trade news, rumors 2018: Team in need of a good quarterback, aims for a top-10 pick

The Buffalo Bills are determined to give a better performance in the next National Football League (NFL) season, and the first step in doing this is to choose the right person to recruit in their team. It seems that the team will be bold in selecting their picks in the upcoming 2018 National Football League (NFL) draft, with rumors that the Bills are eyeing a top-10 pick from among their trade partners.

It was reported that the Buffalo Bills, who currently have the No. 21 and 22 picks, are going after other teams in the top ten of this year's NFL draft. According to Benjamin Allbright of 104.7 FM Denver, the Bills are willing to take risks in enterting a trade partnership, wherein they are hoping to get "a shot at a quarterback."

It is rumored that Josh Allen of the Wyoming Cowboys has captured the attention of the Buffalo Bills. With this, it is likely that Allen will be among the potential recruits of the team, that is, if the Bills have a very satisfying deal to offer. Aside from Allen, it was reported that UCLA's Josh Rosen, another quarterback, could possibly be included in the Buffalo Bills' list for the 2018 draft, although the latest rumors are leaning more towards the former.

It would make sense that the Buffalo Bills are trying to improve on their quarterback selection in the 2018 NFL draft. The team was able to enter the play-offs last year for the first time since 1999, although it was evident that they still need to work on passing yards as Bills ended up in the 31st spot in the league. Thus, a good quarterback would help the Bills to advance in postseason rankings.

Meanwhile, CBS Sports speculates that the Denver Broncos could find a great trade partner in the Buffalo Bills in the 2018 NFL draft. As the Broncos would need enough money to sign Kirk Cousins, the team might make a few cuts, which might include Agib Talib and Derek Woulfe. With this, the Broncos can trade down from No. 5, after which the team will be open for a trade with the Bills, who are looking for a quarterback.
