The upcoming episode of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" is expected to shed some light regarding the intentions of a new threat in Konoha. Episode 45, titled "Memories from the Day of Snow," will show the steps to be taken by the village in order to stop the group of noble thieves known as Byakuya Gang from pestering the residents. Per the previous episode, it appears that Byakuya is not an ordinary menace in town as its members are highly skilled and capable of inflicting harm on other people.
Boruto has been complaining about the boring missions given to his group over the past few weeks. However, the last mission given to Team 7 was just a hint that more action is coming up his way. Naruto's eldest son, together with his teammates, Sarada and Mitsuki, has learned how the Byakuya gang operates, as the new Team 7 was tasked to apprehend the group. The gang claims to do the poor people of Konoha a favor as it steals money from the wealthy in order to share them to those who are needy.
Boruto believes that something is off with the Byakuya gang, even if it seems that the group only wants to help the poor. To recap the previous episode of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations," it was pretty much confirmed that the group is more of a threat than a hero, as one of the gangsters hurt Metal Lee as the new genins of Konoha help the authorities in capturing Byakuya members.
The latest spoilers for "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 45 suggest that one of the young ninjas of the Leaf village, Shikadai, will be conflicted regarding his view on the Byakuya gang. Seeing how his fellow genins like Boruto are doubting the group's intention, Shikadai may finally have a change of heart and stop pursuing to become a member of Byakuya. The upcoming episode is also expected to tell more about the gang's leader, who may be hiding some sinister secrets behind Byakuya's noble acts.
"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 45 will air in Japan on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
