'Bones' season 11 spoilers: Padme returns without Jared in new episodes

Bones Fox

Speculations about the possibility of Jared Booth's (Brendan Fehr) current misfortune intensify after the latest casting news for "Bones" season 11 was revealed.

TV Line exclusively announced that Jared's wife Padme (Dilshad Vadsaria) will return in "Bones" season 11. Padme was first introduced in season 5 when Jared brought his then-girlfriend to meet his older brother Seeley (David Boreanaz). The two were later on married and started a new life together. But with Padme's return, things might not be looking good for Seeley's younger brother.

By the end of "Bones" season 10, Seeley and his wife Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) agreed that they would get away from all the troubles that come with their job at the Jeffersonian Institute to start a new life with their growing children. But their seemingly happy start had to be cut short after a new case lured them back to Washington, D.C.

Reports also claim that Booth will be missing at the start of the upcoming season, and an FBI agent named Grace Miller will be tasked to help investigate Booth's mysterious disappearance.

But it seems like things are linked to Jared, who appears to be missing. The title for the second episode of the season also hints about the rumors, since it is called "The Brother in the Basement." Does this mean that Jared's life is in danger?

Meanwhile, "Bones" executive producer Michael Peterson recently revealed to the Entertainment Weekly that Booth and Bones will add a baby boy in their family.

"I won't say a name, but Brennan is going to have a boy and we're going to have fun with [her] as a mom," Peterson stated.

He also shared that Brennan will spend more time with their daughter this season.

"Brennan is going to become the homeroom mom for Christine, which is just very fun for us — the stories about what it's like to have Brennan be involved in school in that way," he said.

"Bones" season 11 premieres on Thursday, Oct. 1, on FOX.
