American mobile brand BLU Products recently announced that the Studio Energy product line is now available in the U.S.

The Miami-based mobile phone manufacturer unveiled its latest line of affordable handheld devices during January's CES 2015, including the BLU Studio Energy than allegedly stay powered for a month and a half on standby.

Amazon started to offer the unlocked BLU Studio Energy on Feb. 12 for just $149, considering the amazing specs that the product has to offer.

Based on the company's website, BLU Studio Energy comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD display featuring a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 processor supported by 1 GB of RAM. It also features an 8-megapixel rear-facing primary shooter as well as a 2-megapixel front-facing secondary camera. It also has an 8 GB internal memory storage, but it can be expanded up to 64 GB with the help of its built-in microSD card slot.

Currently, the BLU Studio Energy device is built with the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, but the Dorsal-based mobile manufacturer claims that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update will come to the device soon.

The biggest selling point of the product lies on its powerful battery pack. Using a 5000 mAh battery, the BLU Studio Energy can allegedly last up to 45 days without charging when not in use and 96 hours straight when using the phone's basic functions.

According to the testing result gathered by Phone Arena in comparison with other devices that runs using the "super" 5000 mAh battery like the ZTE ZMAX, the Moto DROID Turbo, as well as Huawei Ascend Mate2 4G, the BLU Studio Energy outlasted all the other brands since it was able to last for a total of 14 hours and 53 minutes after being fully charged.

The BLU Studio Energy is just one of the newest handheld phones that BLU Products plans to launch this year.
