Archie Panjabi reveals more information about her character in "Blindspot" season 2.

According to the actress, her character, Naz Kamal, is almost similar to her iconic character in "The Good Wife," Kalinda Sharma.

During the Television Critics Association press tour, Panjabi revealed that Kalinda's fans will still see her iconic knee-high boots in her new character.

"I loved playing the role of Kalinda," the actress said, as reported by TVLine. "[But] it was time for me for many reasons to unzip the boots and step into another show. But I can tell you for those of you who miss the boots, I do wear a pair of knee high boots on Blindspot."

Meanwhile, lead star Sullivan Stapleton also told TVLine during the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con that Panjabi's character has a lot of dialogues in the premiere episode of "Blindspot" season 2.

"Every day there was a three or four-page scene that she was driving. She's amazing," he stated.

Showrunner Martin Gero told The Hollywood Reporter that the answers to all the hanging questions left by the first season will be answered in season 2.

"Not only are you going to find out Jane's first name in the first episode, you're going to find out what Orion is, who Shepherd is, what's the plan of this organization, who Jane really is outside of her name," Gero said at the panel during the recently concluded TCA. He also said that the plot for season 2 will revolve around a different subject after dealing with Jane Doe's (Jaimie Alexander) identity in the first season.

However, Jane will reportedly have a hard time trusting Weller (Stapleton) and the team again after they handed her over to the CIA, especially since she experienced being beaten and imprisoned for three months.

"Blindspot" season 2 is slated to premiere on NBC on Sept. 14.
