Now that Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) have agreed to continue fighting against the wicked plans of Liam (Jason Gedrick), they have to do everything they can to keep JT (Austin Basis) safe in the 10th episode of "Beauty and the Beast" season 3.
As one of the only two people that Vincent revealed his secrets to, JT is considered as his most trusted best friend. JT was also the one who helped protect him from those who want him dead, which is why it is understandable that Vin would want to keep his friend safe from possible harm.
However, based on the trailer for the episode titled "Patient X," it seems like things will go out of hand for the former New York University professor. The promo video for the episode shows how Liam manages to wreak havoc anywhere he wants to as long as he can take out the genetically-modified super humans like Vincent. By the looks of it, it seems like Liam is also after JT because of the life-saving serum in his blood.
But what will JT face in the upcoming episode in the hands of Liam? Early spoilers claimed that someone's life could be in danger this season, and might even end up dead. According to E! Online, one of their sources said that a major character in the series may be rushed to a hospital in a life or death situation, and the future looks bleak for this still-unidentified character. Since the report already revealed that JT's love interest Tess (Nina Lisandrello) is not the one who will be in grave danger, it only leaves Cat, Vincent, and JT as possible candidates.
If Cat's statement in front of Vincent is any indication, then JT might be the one who will be in trouble. She said, "We can only protect J.T. for so long." Does it mean that Cat is already preparing her fiancé to face the most dreaded situation which could eventually lead to his best friend's end?
The official synopsis for the episode reads:
When Cat and Vincent make it their mission to capture Liam, they find information about a Patient X that they might be able to use to help them find him. Meanwhile, JT and Tess work to confirm that JT is serum free."
