'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' director Zack Snyder asks fan to pick sides

 Warner Bros.

Zack Snyder is now expecting fans to pick sides between the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader as the premiere of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" gets nearer.

The director's recent video post on Twitter on Sunday begins to ask "Who Will Win?" in the battle between the two most popular DC Comics superheroes. He also encourages fans to tweet using the hashtags #Batman or #Superman for their pick.

Snyder's tweet comes alongside the latest movie poster and two new TV spots for the upcoming superhero movie featuring Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman. The two superheroes will face off against each other as Gotham's superhero travels to Metropolis to challenge Superman. But a new threat also arises, which means that mankind will be put in a bigger danger that they have never experienced before.

In one of the latest promo videos, Clark Kent's boss Perry White (Laurence Fishburne) tells him that nobody cares if he takes on Batman. But the statement of The Daily Planet's editor-in-chief does not stop Superman from confronting Bruce Wayne's (Affleck) alter-ego when the Batmobile crashes.

The trailer was first aired during the AFC Championship Game broadcasted on CBS.

The other trailer reveals Batman's side, which shows the billionaire and vigilante talking to his trusted butler Alfred Pennyworth (Jeremy Irons) as they discuss the repercussions of going to war with Superman. Wayne tells Alfred that Superman brought war to them. He also believes that the world will be in trouble if Superman will use his incredible Kryptonian powers against mankind. "We have to destroy him," Batman claims.

Affleck and Cavill will be joined by a star-studded cast, including Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Holly Hunter as U.S. Senator Finch, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, and Ray Fisher as Victor Stone, among others. Senator Patrick Leahy is also set to make a cameo appearance in the film.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be released in on March 25.
