VH1's "Basketball Wives LA" star Draya Michele will officially be a football wife.

The reality show star and her long-time Dallas Cowboys cornerback beau announced their engagement in June, after Scandrick popped the question at the Arclight Cinemas in Sherman Oak, the same place where they first had their date.

According to Michele, she noticed that something was wrong with Scandrick that night.

"He was acting so weird and so nervous," she told PEOPLE. "When he walked up to the bar he tripped and fell over some chairs! I was thinking 'What in the world is wrong with him?'"

But the 30-year-old celebrity later on found out why her boyfriend was acting that way, after he got down on one knee and presented her the six-carat cushion cut diamond ring designed by Jasons of Beverly Hills. She recalled that she could not help herself from laughing and crying at the same time.

All throughout the third season of "Basketball Wives LA," the couple was involved in a lot of fights with each other, and they even decided to part ways before he proposed. But she claimed that they never broke up, but they needed a break from each other to realize how much they miss each other while the other one is away.

There are no concrete wedding plans at the moment, and Michele said that they are not in a rush to tie the knot.

However, the reality show star told TMZ that they will invite the Dallas Cowboys boss Jerry Jones to their wedding if her fiancé is still with the team by that time.

Meanwhile, Michele will have to deal with Jackie Christie and her drama in the fourth season of "Basketball Wives LA." The feisty wife of former basketball player Doug Christie was seen throwing her weight around her cast mates like Michele and Malaysia Pargo, and even threw a piece of fries toward Brandi Maxiell.

More drama can be expected to be featured in "Basketball Wives LA" season 4 on Sunday, July 12.
