BarlowGirl Partners with Evangelists and Musicians for Psalms 73 Campaign

|PIC1|Popular US Christian rock group, BarlowGirl, has partnered with some of today's top Christian authors, evangelists and musicians to lead a 73-day campaign titled Psalms 73.

Based on the 73rd chapter of the book of Psalms, and inspired by one of their favourite songs from their Another Journal Entry album, the online initiative will feature daily studies and in-depth devotionals focused on the different names and aspects of God.

Exclusive video features will give firsthand testimonies from leading Christian speakers and artists including Joyce Meyer, tobyMac, Darlene Zschech, Joshua Harris, Ron Luce from Acquire the Fire, and Nancy Alcorn Mercy Ministries. The video clips will deliver personal messages as to how the study of Psalms 73 has changed their lives.

The 73-day intensive study will focus on eliminating worldly distractions and desires that ultimately take the place of God in people's lives - such as TV shows and music - and focusing instead on the true nature of God.

"We truly have a passion for challenging people to see that the world can never fulfil them; only God is enough to truly fulfil our lives," BarlowGirl states.

"Psalms 73 really challenged us to look at how we can be enticed by the world and become jealous of what others have. In the end, envying what others have is empty - being completely fulfilled as a child of God is the only thing that brings life."
