The latest gameplay trailer for "Attack on Titan" was unveiled by Koei Tecmo during the 2015 Tokyo Game Show over the weekend.

The eight-minute footage released by game developer Omega Force demonstrated the advantages of using 3D Maneuver Gear in cruising throughout the fictional city of the video game, as well as the proper way of allowing a friend to join the player in the combat against the gigantic Titans.

Based on the trailer, players can opt to target the limbs and necks of the Titans, but it could be a little risky since the monstrous creatures can easily track them down. Other risks that players must consider when targeting the neck and limbs include forcing them to crash directly into buildings, compromising a wire, or even scooping out the approaching player.

The video game adaptation of Hajime Isayama's highly successful manga series will only come out for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita this winter in Japan, while North American countries could finally enjoy the game sometime next year.

However, game producer Hisashi Koinuma told Dual Shockers during the 2015 TGS that the game could be released in other platforms as well. Koinuma stated that they will still consider coming up with an Xbox and PC edition of "Attack on Titan" should there be a demand from fans outside the Japanese market.

"Attack on Titan" follows the life of Erin Yeager, who vows to go after the Titans by forming a small group to help him defeat the enormous humanoid creatures to avenge his mother's death. He is joined by his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman and their friend Armin Arlert.

Back in December 2013, the western edition of the "Attack on Titan: The Humanity in Chains" was released by Spike Chunsoft for Nintendo 3DS, but the U.S. and European markets only got the chance to get a copy of the game in May and July this year, respectively.
