Cayden James (Michael Emerson) continues to threaten Star City in the upcoming episode of "Arrow" season 6. In episode 13, titled "The Devil's Greatest Trick," the series' big bad has the latest trick up his sleeves to use against Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and his remaining allies. This time around, Cayden is in the possession of a giant bomb that he can detonate anytime he wishes, and it is up to the Green Arrow if he is willing to do everything to stop the villain from destroying the city.

According to the latest promo teasers released by the CW for "Arrow" season 6 episode 13, Cayden will torment the Green Arrow/Oliver as he plans an all-out attack on Star City. Interestingly, the villain will learn something about the caped hero, which will further ignite his anger toward the latter and the very city that he has sworn to protect. At this point, Oliver will find himself alone in this battle, as half of the original Team Arrow has already abandoned him. Knowing how much Oliver loves the city, he may be able to swallow his pride and ask his former allies for help.

To recap the previous episode, Oliver was able to unite the former and current members of Team Arrow, albeit temporarily, in an effort to defeat Cayden James and his army. Unfortunately, the villain used his knowledge on cyberterrorism to control the game, and he was able to turn the team members against each other. Cayden made a deal with Oliver in which the former will receive $10 million daily as a ransom for Star City.

Oliver's allies did not like the idea of him giving in to Cayden's demand, especially since the villain is not the most trustworthy person that they know. At one point, Dinah Drake (Katie Cassidy) lost her cool as she questioned how Oliver was handling the situation, which led her to challenge the Green Arrow to a duel.

"Arrow" season 6 episode 13 will air on Thursday, Feb. 8, at 9 p.m. EST on the CW.
