Before Team Arrow officially returns on March 23, more details about the upcoming "Arrow" season 4 episodes have come to light, enough to excite fans on what's to come on the show.

Episode 18 of "Arrow" season 4 is titled "Eleven Fifty-Nine" and it sees Malcolm Merlyn once again in league with fellow destruction engineer Damien Darhk.

The synopsis for the episode teases that the former head of the League of Assassins will help Darhk break out of prison, but before he could do so, Oliver and Diggle will attempt to stop them.

Ever since Malcolm was booted out of his beloved bloc, which was eventually dissolved by Nyssa, his presence in "Arrow" season 4 has become more and more frequent.

To his daughter Thea, his obsession for power has clouded his love for her, although he maintains that everything he does is for Speedy's own good. The last time they spoke, they were in the least bit familial.

Now, it looks like Malcolm will be a bigger problem for the team in "Arrow" season 4. His alliance with Darhk will make it more difficult for Team Arrow to put an end to HIVE.

Meanwhile, the "Arrow" season 4 episode will also see Laurel receive an offer and it does not look like it is something she can opt against.

In the same episode, Felicity will engage in a heart-to-heart talk with Curtis, who helped her get back on her feet again (literally) by designing a bio-chip now implanted in her spine.

Curtis's powerful masterwork, however, will attract a new threat in the form of the Bug-Eyed Bandit in "Arrow" season 4 episode 17 "Beacon of Hope."

For the uninitiated, the Bug-Eyed Bandit was first played by "The Walking Dead" alum Emily Kinney in "The Flash" season 1, where she controlled robot bees to murder the people that caused her misery.

When she attacks Palmer Tech in the said episode, Team Arrow is expected to work with Curtis to save Felicity, Thea and Donna there.

Meanwhile, executive producer Marc Guggenheim has revealed on Twitter that the "Arrow" season 4 finale is titled "Monument Point," which is also the name of city that houses the nearest army base to Star City.

"Arrow" season 4 returns March 23 with episode 16 "Broken Hearts," which marks the re-emergence of Cupid.
