Following Laurel's shocking death, Team Arrow has never been more eager to take down Damien Darhk as they are in "Arrow" season 4, episode 20, titled "Genesis."
The title of the new "Arrow" installment refers to the operation carefully engineered by Darhk and HIVE. They plan to carry out in Star City to give the place a restart and it involves burning the city to the ground.
In this episode, Oliver and Felicity will find ways to get around Darhk's magical powers. They will do this with the help of Nyssa, who is prepared to do anything to make Laurel's killer pay.
"There is no length that I would not go to avenge Laurel, to stop Darhk from hurting anyone ever again," Oliver can be heard saying in the promo for "Arrow" season 4, episode 20.
Meanwhile, Diggle continues to beat himself up with the guilt brought about by trusting his brother Andy, who betrays them and leads them into the trap that eventually resulted to Black Canary's demise.
Consumed by regret, Diggle has been going on solo missions taking on their enemies without backup. In episode 19 of "Arrow" season 4, he went after Darhk's wife Ruve Adams.
Now, he chases after Andy, who seems to be too far gone in the dark side already. Needless to say, he walks right into a trap. Instead of capturing Andy, he ends up being captured by him instead as seen in the "Arrow" season 4 promo.
Andy kept Diggle in the same warehouse where his brother found him. He stabs Diggle to "prep" him for Darhk's arrival. Diggle can be seen squealing in pain and any moment after that, he may be the latest sacrifice that will increase the HIVE leader's power.
As for Thea, her trip with Alex quickly takes a dangerous turn when HIVE members show up to crash the party. With Genesis close to realization, the stakes are higher in Team Arrow's war against Darhk.
