Apple Black Friday deals 2013 at Walmart, Target beats others: Store opening times, hours

Target Black Friday 2013

Customers are holding out and waiting for Black Friday 2013 to get the best deals for Apple products.

Major retailers such as Walmart, BestBuy, and Target have all released their ads with tempting deals for iPads, iPhones and Macbooks.

So far, deals for the iPad 2, iPad Air, iPad Mini 2 and iPhones seem to be the most popular among customers. Target and Walmart alike are offering fantastic deals on the tablets, so be sure to check them out if you are planning on a tablet purchase this year.

Walmart will be selling the first-generation iPad Mini for $299 and will offer a $100 gift-card with the purchase. This means that essentially you will be paying just $199 for a brand new iPad. The retail giant will also be offering a $75 gift card for any iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C purchase. (iPhone 5S will sell for $186, iPhone 5C for $48 with new two-year contract).

An iPhone trade-in program from some Walmart stores means that the company will give you up to $300 in-store credit for the purchase of a new handset. That $300 can then be used for the purchase of a new handset. You will also be receiving the $75 Walmart gift card if you decide to buy an iPhone 5S or 5C.

Target will give you a $100 gift card if you buy an iPad Air for $479. This brings down the cost of the latest iPad to just $379. A $75 gift card will be given with the purchase of an iPad Mini, and $50 for an iPod Touch purchase.

Best Buy will be discounting the iPad Air between $50 to $70, depending on the memory variant. The 16GB iPad 2 will be sold with a $100 discount.

Some Apple stores will also be opening its doors on Thanksgiving day to offer discounts. However, deals provided directly by Apple do not beat the offers by Target and Walmart.

Apple is expected to offer a discount of up to $41 off the iPad Air and up to $101 off the latest Macbook Pro and Macbook Air.

This year, many stores will be opening its doors on Thanksgiving Day in a bid to attract hard-core bargain hunters.

The following is a list of major retailers that will be opening on Thanksgiving Day.
