'Suits' season 7 rumors: Harvey's troubles to mount

Rumors claim that it will not be an easy season for Harvey in "Suits" season 7.USA Network

While things are expected to get better for Mike (Patrick J. Adams) in the upcoming season 7 of "Suits," the same thing cannot be said about Harvey (Gabriel Macht) as it is said that troubles will mount for the Specter and Litt lawyer.

After having been a faux lawyer in the past five seasons of "Suits," Mike finally became a certified lawyer at the season 6 finale of the USA Network series — thanks to Jessica (Gina Torres) who made a special appearance at the panel and convinced the members to make Mike a legit lawyer.

Apparently, the worst is now over for Mike after the first half of "Suits" season 6 featured him behind bars as he was convicted for being a fake a lawyer. However, according to recent reports, the same thing cannot be expected from Harvey as he will have to deal with several troubles in the upcoming season 7 of "Suits."

Reports claim that one of the major setbacks that Harvey will encounter in the upcoming season of the legal procedural drama series will stem from his responsibilities as the managing partner of Specter and Litt. Now that Jessica is gone, it is expected that Harvey will come up with decisions that may place him at loggerheads with other members of the law firm.

While it appears that Louis (Rick Hoffman) does not have a problem with Harvey becoming the managing partner of the law firm, some suspect that he will eventually change his mind and object to the move. After all, with the rivalry between the two esteemed lawyers in the past being more than just trivial, some believe that Louis will eventually outsmart Harvey.

Meanwhile, fans will not have to wait that long before "Suits" season 7 arrives as USA Network has recently announced that the latest season of the legal procedural drama begins airing its first episode on July 12.
