"Pokemon GO" still continues to be developed with constant additions and updates to the game. With a lot of the Generation 3 Pokemon being available and ready to be caught in the game already, people now wonder about Generation 4 (Gen 4). Fortunately, there is a list of Gen 4 evolutions that players can expect.

According to GameRant, some Gen 1, 2, and 3 will finally be able to get their Gen 4 evolutions. As for how they will evolve is yet to be revealed but it will definitely take candies. Some evolutions may also have other requirements as some Gen 3 Pokemon, for example, needed a certain distance with a Pokemon as their buddy before being able to evolve it.

For the Gen 1 Pokemon, Eevee can now be evolved into Glaceon and Leafeon. Electabuzz can get its third evolution to Electivire with Magneton also evolving to Magnezone. Lickitung will be evolved into Lickilicky, Magmar to Magmortar, Rhydon to Rhyperior, and finally, Tangela to Tangrowth.

Gen 2 Pokemon will have the most Gen 4 evolutions. Aipom evolves into Ambipom and Gligar to Gliscor. Misdreavus may be evolved into Mismagius with Murkrow turning into Honchkrow. Piloswine is to become Mamoswin, Porygon 2 to Porygon-Z, Sneasel to Weavile, Togetic to Togekiss and lastly, Yanma to Yanmega.

Gen 3 Pokemon, on the other hand, has the least Gen 4 evolutions, at least for the first batch: Dusclops to Dusknoir, Kirlia (a male one) to Gallade, Nosepass to Probopass, Roselia to Roserade, and Snorunt (a female one) to Frosglass.

Note that it will take quite a while before any of the Gen 4 Pokemon will be released. Nevertheless, Niantic will definitely have some events along the way just like the latest Community Day Event.
