In the next episode of "The Librarians," Cassandra Cillian (Lindy Booth) goes on a vacation after freezing up during a previous mission.

The trailer and promotional photos for the upcoming installment, which is titled "And the Hidden Sanctuary," were just recently released, and they show Cillian and Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn) having a hurried conversation in the library.

Baird is alarmed that her subordinate is leaving the place. However, Cillian reassures her by saying, "[I'm] not leaving, just a brief sabbatical." Apparently, during a previous mission, Cillian froze up during a key moment which could have caused irreparable damage, but her teammates were there to save the day. Now, it seems like she thinks that a vacation would be a good idea to make her regroup and refocus.

She arrives at her vacation spot which is a quaint and unassuming town called Havenport in Ohio. A resident jovially strikes up a conversation and tells her that the town has been accident-free for 10,000 days. Cillian is pleased by how courteous the people are and how laidback the town is.

However, strange accidents start to happen around town that a meeting is called by the people. At the town hall, she asks the crowd, "Can anyone think of an object that turned up recently?" One of them answers, "You." It seems the people think that Cillian may have something to do with the recent spate of bizarre accidents.

In the last episode, Baird and the team went on a teambuilding retreat at a camp but ended up investigating some mysterious disappearances in the woods. They discovered that the forest was enchanted which wanted humans to stop hurting the natural surroundings. The forest freed the humans in the end.

"The Librarians" season 4 episode 8 will hit the airwaves on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 8 p.m. EST on the TNT network.
