In the soap world, secrets can only stay secrets for so long and it seems that a big secret is about to fall right out. "The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers reveal that Liam (Scott Clifton) and Steffy's (Jacqueline McInnes Wood) marriage will be facing the inevitable crumble.

Everything in this storyline has naturally been leading up to this point. Things may seem fine now, but then that is where the trouble begins. Steffy will learn that she is pregnant, but drama will ensue with the baby daddy mystery. Steffy will obviously learn the identity of the father of the child she is carrying eventually.

Steffy obviously wants Liam to be who she starts a family with. She also wants to put that one-night stand with Bill (Don Diamont) under the rug for good and move on with her life. Then again, things hardly turn out as expected in the soap, and in order to bring on a lot of drama and conflict, Bill may be revealed as the baby's father, at least initially.

It helps to keep in mind that in soaps, medical test results are easily tampered with, most especially paternity tests. Should this occur again, Bill would serve as the prime suspect. Of course, Sally (Courtney Hope) and Shirley (Patrika Darbo) are also possible candidates when it comes to manipulating test results. But then there is a wild card in this scenario.

Hope (Annika Noelle) is confirmed to return to town. Longtime viewers know that she is the love of Liam's life, so he will likely be in her orbit again. Should Liam decide to reject Steffy when the cat is out of the bag and her infidelity is exposed, then he has Hope to turn to. This could also set up a potential reunion for this former couple.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs Mondays to Fridays, 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
