As the new year begins in "The Bold and the Beautiful," Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will make a surprising confession. On the other hand, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have a big fight over Steffy's being unfaithful.
Reports indicate that Carter cannot get Maya (Karla Mosley) off his mind and he needs to confess his feelings to her. He will tell Maya that he still loves her and that he misses her and their relationship. His declaration will surprise Maya especially that she is already married to Rick Forrester (Jacob Young). Maya also has a baby with Rick, which makes things even more complicated.
Maya and Carter were once engaged, but Maya chose Rick. Now Carter was able to express his feelings that he had been keeping for some time. Will Carter's confession affect Maya? Will Maya regret her decision to choose Rick over Carter?
Although Rick and Maya have a happy marriage, this might end after Carter's confession. It appears that Maya will be confused especially that Carter is determined to get her back.
