Owners of "The Sims 4" on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles are getting two new exciting expansion bundles, previously only available to PC.

Game developer Electronic Arts has announced that the two bundles -- Luxury Party Stuff and Cool Kitchen Stuff -- will be released on consoles in a few days.

Through the Luxury Party Stuff, players can now host lavish events. They can start with completely transforming their homes with vibrant party decorations. Players can also do complete dress-up with various changes in hairstyle and a whole set of outfit changes -- including fancy dresses, blazers, and tuxedos.

This downloadable content also gives players access to a range of exciting features. The Buffet Tables can be filled with five different dishes in six slots. The last slot will be reserved for the delectable Fountain of Mirth, which players can fill with either food or drink. For the food category, players can add chocolate, cheese, and caramel, among others. For the drinks, it could be fruit punch, sparkling apple juice, futuristic punch, and party extender punch.

With the Cool Kitchen Stuff, players can do a total makeover of their cooking area. Their kitchen can be re-designed with new sleek appliances and furnishings to give it a more modern look. It includes new cooking appliances, cabinets, trendy casual apparel and hairstyles, and an all new ice cream maker. With this, players can make a variety of sweet treats for other Sims. Note that each batch can make eight servings, and could either positively or negatively affect the Sims' mood.

This new move from Electronic Arts is only the first of an overall strategy to make all PC expansions available for consoles. Luxury Party Stuff and Cool Kitchen Stuff were also the first DLC to be released for the PC version, which could mean that EA is following the same chronological order. These new bundles will be available on "The Sims 4" on Dec. 5.
