It looks like Paul Kellerman (Paul Adelstein) will not be as helpful as he once was to Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) come "Prison Break" season 5.

The writers of the revival teased on Twitter that the character will be unpredictable in the limited series, which will make it tough for fans to know what he is up to and what he will do.

"Paul will be around, but will he be helping or hurting? That is the question. You never know with that guy," the "Prison Break" writers tweeted.

It is no secret that Kellerman is one mysterious character. Throughout the series, he was portrayed as both a friend and a foe. He can be a cold-blooded killer but, at the same time, also remorseful, and it looks like he will be the same in "Prison Break" season 5.

With Adelstein's character, there is no black or white knowing that he just does what he thinks is good. This is why he will be one of the people to watch out for in "Prison Break" season 5.

It will also be interesting to see what happened to Kellerman after the original series. The fourth season of the series saw him as a popular congressman in the running to be president of the United States.

"Prison Break" season 5 should fill fans in on how the election turned out, something that viewers are excited to see pan out. It will also be thrilling to witness how he will be affected by Scofield's return.

At the moment, what Kellerman will do in the series is shrouded in pure mystery. The extent of his role in the new season is being kept under wraps as well.

That being said, it looks like fans will just have to wait for the premiere of "Prison Break" season 5 in spring 2017 to learn more.
