Japanese manga series "One Piece" chapter 890 will continue the story about Big Mom's rampage, while the Straw Hat Pirates try to defeat her. Although Luffy is still fighting Katakuri in the Mirror World, the Straw Hats will be able to defeat Big Mom. But how did they do that?

According to reports, the team use their cunning in order to temporarily bring down Big Mom. This shows that each character will have their chance to shine by helping each other, while Luffy is still occupied with his own fight.

When Big Mom starts to set the Thousand Sunny on fire through her crown of flame, Jinbe uses the sea to put out the flames. Jinbe also manages to punch Big Mom's belly. The Yonkou falls from the ship due to Jinbe's attack. After Jinbe puts out the flames, Big Mom continues attacking the other Straw Hats.

She spots Carrot hiding in the room, and Chopper stops her by turning into a fluffy cushion. On the other hand, Brook and Nami plan to knock her off the ship. Zeus strikes Nami with its lighting. However, he actually strikes Brook who has a skeleton body that is resistant to electric shocks. Brook cuts Zeus in half, which angers Big Mom. Zeus is now tiny and is in the hands of Nami.

Because of this, the Thousand Sunny is in danger. It might be broken because Big Mom is enraged while flying on Prometheus. Big Mom is tearing up the ship while looking for a cake because she has been starving for a sweet cake for hours. This is the reason why she became thinner.

Big Mom believes that the cake is on the ship after Perospero tells her that. She eventually finds out that Perospero is lying and she is enraged once again. On the other hand, Sanji is already done making the cake for Big Mom. But how will he deliver it to her?

"One Piece" chapter 890 will be released on Jan. 5 after a week of hiatus.
