In usual "Dick Clark's New York's Rockin' Eve" fashion, the countdown to 2016 will be brimming with music, celebrities and amazing memories. Some of the biggest names in the music industry are ready to get together to perform through the final hours of 2015.

Former Disney star Demi Lovato will take center stage to belt out her biggest hits this year, "Cool for the Summer" and "Confident." Banding together are "Marvin Gaye" singer Charlie and rapper Wiz Khalifa to deliver a one in a million performance of their hit "See You Again."

"Dick Clark's New York's Rockin' Eve" will also be graced by country singers Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood. The former will hit the stage to bust out a medley of his songs "Move" and "That's My Kinda Night."

The latter will sing Times Square to 2016 with "Smoke Break," "Heartbeat" and "Before He Cheats." Grammy Award-winning music superstar Taylor Swift will also join the party in Times Square by premiering her music video for her new song "Out of the Woods."

As usual, viewers and partygoers will be guided by host Ryan Seacrest in all the "Dick Clark's New York's Rockin' Eve" festivities. Helping him out from The Billboard Hollywood Party in LA is Fergie, who will serve as the host.

There, the celebrations will be handled by a star-studded lineup including Nick Jonas, One Direction (their last performance before their break) and 5 Seconds of Summer. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Fall Out Boy, Andy Grammer and Ellie Goulding will also be on stage.

Lastly, "Dick Clark's New York's Rockin' Eve" will welcome 2016 from LA with performances by Alessia Cara, DNCE, OMI, Pentatonix, Nathan Sykes, Elle King, Tove Lo, Rachel Platten and Walk the Moon.

The revelry begins at Dec. 31 8pm ET on ABC. At the same hour, viewers can live stream the show via the ABC app and ABC Go.
