Finally, Lifetime announced the coming of its much-awaited reality series, "Married at First Sight" season 6. A new set of single men and women are about to meet their bride and groom and tie the knot on the first time they meet.

In its new network, the new season will be based in Boston along with the supervision of the psychologist based in the country named Dr. Jessica Griffin. They will be joined by sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson as the panel of experts, People confirms.

In the course of "Married at First Sight" season 6, the couples will live as real husbands and wives. They will be on a honeymoon, live together, and face daily life struggles. At the end of it, the pairs will decide if they are going to remain married or will file for divorce.

However, not ever "Married at First Sight" couple stays together forever. In the previous season, Nate Duhon and Sheila Downs decided to call it quits after the rumors about his cheating emerged.

"Prior to any statements made about me, we were no longer living together and I already filed for divorce," Duhon confirmed the news about their separation on Twitter on Monday, Nov. 20. He also verified both parties already have the knowledge of it as well as his lawyer, and the series' legal counsels.

Although there are sad stories, there are also successful "Married at First Sight" couples. From the first season, Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner are staying together until now. In fact, they have welcomed their first daughter in August. They even have their own spin-off show titled "Jamie and Doug Plus One" coming this December.

"Married at First Sight" season 6 will air on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018, at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
