In the next episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 4, Jane Villanueva (Gina Rodriguez) will go on her much-awaited book tour with some family members.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Chapter Seventy-One" was released recently and it shows Jane, along with her mother Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) and grandma Alba (Ivonne Coll), all set and ready to go on the book tour for her first novel.

Jane is in a fancy new convertible and brings the top down to enjoy the cool breeze. Apparently, she is also doing the tour in order to forget the heartache caused by Adam (Tyler Posey) breaking up with her. The women stop by a bar to hang loose and unwind before the first stop of the tour. It appears that Jane may have put her romantic problems aside as she dances the night away.

On the much-anticipated day, Jane and her family are at the bookstore as she is interviewed on stage about her new novel. The moderator asks where she got the design of the cover of her book.

Jane looks up and replies, "It was designed by a very talented artist who dumped me and broke my heart." She then bursts into tears as her family and the rest of the audience look on with disbelief and confusion.

It remains to be seen what will happen during the remainder of the tour as she has not gotten over Adam yet.

In the last episode, Adam had to leave Jane in order to pursue his dream of becoming a successful visual artist. He was inspired by her success and wanted to do well for himself too. He was hoping that Jane would understand but apparently, she didn't.

"Jane the Virgin" season 4 episode 7 will hit the airwaves on Friday, Dec. 8 at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
