The teasers that were recently revealed let fans of the game know that more exciting things are coming to "Injustice 2." Apart from the big Fighter Pack 3 that has yet to come out, NetherRealm has recently brought in a patch update with some fixes and improvements made in terms of gameplay.
As revealed by Comicbook.com, in terms of the "Injustice 2" gameplay, the latest patch made some improvements to the general and online stability of the game. The patch has also moved list corrections and made improvements to artificial intelligence (AI) logic and an exciting feature. There are now Legendary Multiverse Portals for Gorilla Grodd, Joker, Superman, and Green Lantern.
More improvements and features have been made to places like Atlantis and the Batcave, and some fixes have been made for several characters. In Atlantis. It is a lengthy list to go by in terms of characters like Atrocitus, Black Canary, Blue Beetle, Brainiac, Captain Cold, Cyborg, Firestorm, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Hellboy, Poison Ivy, Sub-Zero, and Superman.
Previously, the roster of characters included for the upcoming Fighter Pack 3 have been revealed. Alongside DC Comics characters like the Enchantress and Atom, a surprising addition was made in the form of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michaelangelo are coming to the game, making it six new characters included in the third Fighter Pack.
As seen from the trailer marking their introduction, it seems that only one of the Ninja Turtles, Leonardo most likely, will be the primary character. The three other Ninja Turtles will be jumping in to help execute moves and fighting combos. Then again, it is possible that NetherRealm will bring in a unique tag-mechanic for the four.
The turtles, Atom, and Enchantress are all included in the "Injustice 2" Ultimate Edition as well as the previous downloadable characters. However, they can be purchased as part of the Fighter Pack 3 downloadable content. Atom, in particular, will be made available for early access on Dec. 12 but the dates for the other characters have yet to be determined.
"Injustice 2" is now available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
