The Porsche Design limited edition of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro is now available in the United Arab Emirates. The limited edition phone retails for a whopping $1,450.

Techradar reports that Huawei's luxury variant of their current flagship phone, the Mate 10 Pro, is now available in United Arab Emirates. However, expect to pay a whopping AED 5,299 (around $1,450) for the Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design — even more expensive than the latest Apple iPhone X which retails for $1,000.

Similar to the Mate 10 Pro, the Porsche Design of the device sports a six-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 1080 pixel resolution. The screen has 18:9 aspect ratio and scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass.

The Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design runs on Kirin 970 chipset. With this, the device is able to run the latest Android 8.0 "Oreo" with the EMUI 8.0 as well. The device also offers fingerprint unlocking with the fingerprint sensor mounted at the back of the device.

The Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design comes with a 4,000 mAh battery. It offers fast charging — filling 58 percent of total battery capacity in 30 minutes.

The camera on the Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design is from the German camera-making company "Leica" — offering a 20-megapixel dual-camera setup. The front-facing camera of the device offers a superb 8-megapixel lens, perfect for selfies.

Design-wise, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design is similar to the Mate 10 Pro base version, but with a deeper black color scheme called "Diamond Black," which makes it look a lot sleeker. This also means that the device will be attracting more fingerprint marks if left without a phone case. Also, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design is IP67 certified.

The Huawei Mate 10 Pro Porsche Design can be purchased at the Huawei brand store at the second floor of Dubai Mall.
