Despite still receiving full support from its developers with a myriad of brand new DLCs and post-release content, fans of Rockstar's "Grand Theft Auto 5" open world video game still can't stop speculating on when the company would be releasing the next installment to the franchise. Talks about the possible release date of "Grand Theft Auto 6" have been around since the initial release of the latest installment back in 2013. Now, more reports are coming out which have cited different leaks and clues hinting at when the game would possibly be coming out and its possible new setting.

The latest alleged leak to have come out regarding the upcoming new game has apparently now revealed the possible new city that will be featured in the next installment. According to the latest reports, the name of the two locations were spotted via an Easter egg that has been hinted through a towel engraving and a couple of plane tickets spotted in different places within the game. The towel that players found was in Vespucci Beach with the engraving that reads "I Love V.C.," likely referring to Vice City. The tickets on the other hand, found on Michael's table, were labeled to be for a city called "North Yankton."

Several reports have claimed that the clues might point to the next game in the franchise either being set in the old Vice City or perhaps in a new city called North Yankton. The possibility of the alleged Easter eggs being actual clues to the setting of the next game is quite a shot in the dark, but that hasn't stopped fans from speculating anyway. Another fact that is in their favor is that a similar Easter egg was found on "Grand Theft Auto 4" which featured the image above, a plane billboard that invited people to fly to Los Santos.

As for the game's possible release date, several reports have claimed that if Rockstar would stick to their standard five-year interval in releases, then the next game would likely be coming out in 2018. However, other reports have been pessimistic about the speculated release date and have claimed a more realistic 2019 or 2020 release date.
