Things are going to take a dangerous turn in Port Charles. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that someone will get caught in the crossfire, bringing Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Billy Miller) together to save Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
Anna (Finola Hughes) sensed that there was something about the evidence that Sonny (Maurice Benard) retrieved. She could not make anything out of the manuscript, but she noticed that it was unfinished. Plus, she is currently preoccupied with bringing Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) down while keeping tabs on Finn (Michael Easton). She cannot be bothered with the drama surrounding Faison (Anders Hove) for personal and professional reasons.
Now, Sonny is depending on Spinelli to find out more information. If they manage to track down Faison, they could be able to get him to spill what he knows. Sonny and Jason will also hope that, in the midst of this search, they can catch the real mastermind behind the whole debacle. Spinelli will do what he can to get some answers, however, this puts his safety at risk.
Anna did warn Sonny about the potential danger that they could face as they look for more clues. She thinks that pursuing this would only get them into trouble. Spinelli is smart, so he will naturally be careful. But being careful on his own may not cut it. Spinelli may need someone to cover him and keep him safe. This brings on the possibility that Spinelli might get in too deep with this, and worse, the culprit might take him.
The mastermind could see that Spinelli can be used against Jason and Sonny, and therefore make some demands in exchange for their friend's safety. Fans know that Jason and Spinelli are incredibly close, so Jason will undoubtedly step up to save him. He would risk his life for his best friend, if necessary.
Spinelli's capture could also prove to be a good way for Jason and Drew to team up and save him. After all, Spinelli is as close to Drew as he is to Jason, so Drew will definitely want to pitch in.
