Tough times are coming to Port Charles this week on "General Hospital." Spoilers indicate that there will be emotional encounters, big decisions and some surprising news in store.

For starters, Sam (Kelly Monaco) will be worried. Ever since the big reveal of which twin was which, she has undoubtedly been taken by surprise. She will open up to Monica (Leslie Charleson) and hope that this does not affect her relationship in a negative way.

Sam will run into Jason (Steve Burton) at the pier, and the two of them will talk. So much time has passed, will they be able to patch things up again? While that remains to be seen, their meeting will definitely be an emotional one.

In another part of town, Anna (Finola Hughes) will do her best to keep Finn (Michael Easton) out of trouble. He will strike a deal with Cassandra (Jessica Tuck), but Anna will worry that Finn is getting in too deep, and she will decide to ask him to move in with her.

Anna will want to keep tabs on Finn, but this is really just bringing the two of them together for a real romance ahead. They can only fake their relationship for so long, after all, so this situation will bring them a step closer to a real relationship.

As for Michael (Chad Duell), he will have the future on his mind. He will turn to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) for support while he tries to mull over the sudden baby bombshell that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) dropped. Michael is in for some more big news later, perhaps a confirmation from the doctor that the baby Nelle is carrying is his.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays, 2 p.m. EST on ABC.
