HBO has been taking great measures to protect "Game of Thrones" season 8 from leaks and spoilers. However, the new season's alleged script has leaked online and it contains major details about Cersei (Lena Headey), Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), and Daenerys (Emilia Clarke).
The new "leaked script pages" shared on Imgur are being likened to the leaked script that came out in October 2016 with "Game of Thrones" season 7. At the time, the seventh installment was also filming.
Just like the previous leaked script, this one also has explosive scenarios and surprising events in true "Game of Thrones" style. Allegedly, there are two scenes set in King's Landing, a pregnant character, and a couple of fan-favorite roles dying.
Cersei is said to be planning to blow up the whole King's Landing, while the rest of the cast is on the streets. So, Jaime is going to do something about it. To control her sister/lover, the long-swirling theory of Maggy the Frog's prophecy may finally happen in "Game of Thrones" season 8.
According to the leak, Jaime might kill Cersei to stop her from killing a lot of innocent people. With that, he could possibly get killed by the Queen's guard, The Mountain (Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson). If Jaime dies, The Hound (Rory McCann) and Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) will then face The Mountain and also kill him.
In spite of Jaime's efforts, the "Game of Thrones" season 8 leaks claim that King's Landing will still end up nearly destroyed by wildfire and blue dragon fire. If this happens, this might mean that the Night King and the wight version of Viserion have reached the kingdom.
The other two events from the leaked script also reveal that Daenerys will be pregnant. As something happened between her and Jon Snow (Kit Harington), who happens to be her nephew, this might be the King in the North's kid.
Unfortunately, two fan-favorite characters are said to meet their demise in "Game of Thrones" season 8. One is Podrick (Daniel Portman), while the other one is Tormund (Kristofer Hivju). HBO refused to comment on the new leaked script.
"Game of Thrones" season 8 is expected to be out in 2019 on HBO.
