'Dragon Ball Super' episode 123 spoilers: Vegeta powers up to Super Saiyan Blue 2

After the hiatus of "Dragon Ball Super," it returned with episode 122, which was positively received by fans because its interesting storyline and its impressive animation. With that, many are already excited about the next episodes that will continue to feature the final battle between Universe 7 and 11.

To recall, Vegeta attacked Jiren, which also placed the Saiyan Prince in a dangerous situation. Because of Jiren's attacks, it awakened something inside Vegeta, which made him stronger. However, this was not enough to bring down the Pride Trooper. Instead, Vegeta felt the wrath of Jiren, which worried Goku and the rest of the Universe 7 warriors.

Episode 123, titled "Full Body, Spirit, and Power Unleashed! Goku and Vegeta!!," will air on Jan. 14. It will continue the fight of Goku and Vegeta against Jiren, Android 17, and Gohan against Toppo and Frieza against Dyspo. But fans are more focused on the fight of the two Universe 7 Saiyans against Universe 11's most powerful fighter.

The title of the episode hints that Goku and Vegeta will unleash a new level of power. Spoilers reveal that Goku will face Jiren again. He will fire Kienzan at Jiren like cluster bombs in all direction. But this will not have an effect on Jiren. Vegeta will unleash his ki and he will start glowing blue.

According to ComicBook, Vegeta will surpass Super Saiyan Blue based on the voice-over of Goku in the preview clip for episode 123. Goku says that Vegeta awakens to an amazing power beyond Super Saiyan Blue and he says that Vegeta should hit Jiren with all that power.

The outlet adds that it is possible that Vegeta's new power-up will whip out Jiren. If this happens, then it is Goku's turn to feel jealous. In most of their matches, it is always Goku who finishes an opponent despite the strong power of Vegeta. This could be linked to the arrogance of Vegeta when fighting, which Jiren also noticed. Do you think Goku and Vegeta could beat Jiren?

"Dragon Ball Super" airs Sundays at 8:15 p.m. on Fuji TV.
