"Dragon Ball Super" is the latest series in the long-running anime franchise, but it does not mean that the fights get any less intense. Episode 122 spoilers suggest that viewers should expect more serious fights from series regulars Gohan and Frieza.

Universe 7 still faces Universe 11 in this episode, and the Tournament of Power goes on. Basing on the images released by the official "Dragon Ball Super" Twitter account, Frieza will be matched against Dyspo.

The Pride Trooper Blitz Captain looks a little ticked off as he smiles at Frieza, so it is likely that he will give Frieza a difficult fight.

Meanwhile, Gohan does not seem to be in his ultimate form in the picture. It seems he is too confident with his upcoming match, almost taking it too easy. Goku's son will be going head-to-head with Toppo, another member of the Pride Troopers.

These four — Gohan, Toppo, Frieza, and Dyspo — seem to be the ones that are the focus of the episode, basing on the promotional Twitter images.

However, Goku and Vegeta will not be left out in the storyline. In episode 122 the two will still be scheduled to fight against Jiren.

The Tournament of Power has been going on for several episodes already, but in-universe (or in-multiple universes), the timeframe for those episodes is actually just a little more than 40 minutes.

In those 40 minutes, a lot of action had already taken place.

A lot of universes have been eliminated already, with only Universe 7 and Universe 11 remaining to fight in the final stretch of the tournament.

Universe 17's team has Goku, Goahn, Vegeta, Frieza, and Android 17. Meanwhile, they will go against Universe 11's surviving members, Toppo, Dyspo, and Jiren.

"Dragon Ball Super" is on simulcast. It airs on Crunchyroll every Saturday at 7:15 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
