In anticipation of the upcoming live adaptation of the "Titans" series, DC Comics and Warner Bros. has released another first-look photos for two of their main characters, Hawk and Dove.

Alan Ritchson will play the role of Hawk, while Minka Kelly is set to take the role of Dove. In the photo, the two are donned in their respective costumes, complementing each other in matching capes and masks. However, Hawk will wear a trademark red costume, while Dove is set to wear blue.

The suits are designed by acclaimed costume designer Laura Jean Shannon. Shannon was also part of the costume design for popular movies such as The Jungle Book and Iron Man. She is also credited for the costume of popular DC character Black Lightning.

When not in costume, Hawk is a regular guy named Hank Hall, whose abilities include superhuman strength and unlimited stamina. When on a rampage, his rage can only be suppressed by Dove, who is also his girlfriend Dawn Granger. Dove's natural abilities are enhanced when in action, an ability connected with that of Hawk's.

Aside from Hawk and Dove, DC has also released a first-look photo for "Titans" leader Robin, who will be played by Brenton Thwaites. Thwaites is mostly known for his role in "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" as the son of William Turner. He also appeared in the movie "Gods of Egypt" as Bek, the young thief who allies himself with the Egyptian god Horus.

Like their animated counterpart, "Titans" is a live-action series comprised of "soon-to-be" Superheroes each with their own unique powers and abilities. Dick Grayson will lead this band of heroes, along with his friends including, Starfire, Raven, and many others. Straight out of the DC Comics universe, "Titans" will play homage to some of the world's beloved superheroes.

"Titans" is set to premiere in 2018 on DC's direct-to-consumer digital service.
