Looks like a creepy Halloween is ahead for several Salem citizens in upcoming episodes of "Days of Our Lives." Spoilers reveal that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) might be making things just a little creepier for Abigail (Marci Miller).

As everyone knows, Ben was named the Necktie Killer who supposedly took the lives of Serena (Melissa Archer), Paige (True O'Brien), and Will (Chandler Massey). However, Wilson did explain that his character escaped the mental institution for a good reason. Ben wants to clear his conscience and his name, despite how tarnished his reputation already is.

However, even though his intentions were noble, he also has other reasons to escape. Ben will somehow escape police custody, which will end up with Abigail having a Halloween that is anything but great. He still holds a lot of resentment towards Abigail and the fact that she slept with Chad (Billy Flynn). Plus, he was never able to watch her burn in the bed, and therefore this Halloween, fans can expect him haunting Abby for real.

This might put Abigail in danger which will have everyone worried about Thomas, especially since Ben still believes that he is the biological father of the child. It also does not help that the DiMera mansion will be decorated for the spooky holiday. To make matters worse, Chad will not be around either, nor will Andre (Thaao Penghlis) or Kate (Lauren Koslow), as well as the rest of the staff.

More "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal just who Sami (Alison Sweeney), John (Drake Hogestyn), and Marlena (Deidre Hall) will encounter in Memphis while looking for Will. These three characters will spot Susan Banks (Eileen Davidson).

It does make sense that they would see Susan in Memphis. She was obsessed with Elvis, who is associated with the city. Yet, what does she have to do with Will? It seems that the answer can be found in the past. Susan actually managed to marry John a long time ago. She eventually had a child, whom she named after Elvis. When he grew up and got into a relationship with Sami, Susan was not pleased, and thought Sami was evil. That child happens to be EJ DiMera.

EJ is reportedly dead, but with that fact, it is clear that Susan will do anything to get her son back. It is unclear whether or not the role will be recast. With Susan's hatred of Sami paired with EJ possibly being brought back to life might be why Will was the main focus. It would also end up becoming the reason why Will did not return to Salem since his death.

Could EJ be also coming back? That remains to be seen.

"Days of Our Lives" airs Mondays to Fridays at 12 p.m. EDT on NBC.
