As "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" continue to shatter blockbuster records, the stars of the most talked about movie of the year continuously become the center of the spotlight. Daisy Ridley, who starred as lead character Rey in the film, is hitting the headlines here and there.

It is safe to say that the "Star Wars" film reinforced the stardom of the British star, who is now on the cover of magazines and the subject of media outlets. It is not only her performance in the successful film that is being assessed, but also her private life.

Bustle says that the actress should be very busy travelling the world for press conferences, premieres, interviews and posing for fashion magazines. With her hectic schedule and the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" craze not showing any sign of slowing down, does Ridley have time for romance?

Rumor has it that Ridley is dating up-and-coming actor Charlie Hamblett. While there is virtually nothing known about their purported romance, the only thing that gives weight on this is that they were photographed at a New Year's Eve party.

Daily Mail referred to Hamblett as Ridley's boyfriend when the two were seen together back in January. The Telegraph even believes that the two might already be engaged. At the moment though, there's not much known about Ridley's love life.

For now, the star has her sights on "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." In fact, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Ridley is headed to the China on Dec. 27 along with co-star John Boyega and film director J.J. Abrams for the movie's premiere there.

Ridley plays the role of a scavenger named Rey, which serves as her first film role. In an interview with Kansas City, the actress opened up about gaining self confidence. "It's one thing for other people to see potential in you, and it's quite another for you to understand that and see it in yourself," she said.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" has scooped $517 million worldwide during its opening.
