Cast of 'Celebrity Big Brother Winter Edition' revealed

During the Grammy Awards last Sunday, CBS has finally revealed the complete cast for the winter edition of Celebrity Big Brother.

For two and a half weeks, these celebrities will be locked in the Big brother house, and all their activities 24/7 will be recorded and shown for viewers to see. As tradition, some of the cast will be evicted one by one until one winner remains and goes home with a cash prize of $250,000. Most of the cast are from other popular reality TV shows like "Dancing with the Stars" and "Celebrity Apprentice."

The complete cast are: Ariadna Gutierrez, who joined Miss Universe in 2015 and most famous for mistakenly winning the competition because host Steve Harvey misread the names; Marissa Jaret Winokur, the Broadway actress who was known for doing a stint on "Dancing with the Stars" and one of the cast of Broadway show, "Hairspray", and Metta World Peace, an NBA star who won NBA Defensive Player of the Year.

Other cast members include Mark Mcgrath, who also did a stint on "Celebrity Apprentice"; James Maslow, who won the fourth place in "Dancing with the Stars" season 18; Ross Matthews, known for being one of the judges in "RuPaul's Drag Race"; Keshia Knight Pulliam, who also appeared on "Celebrity Apprentice; Brandi Glanville, who appeared in the show "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"; Shannon Elizabeth, one of the cast of the R-rated movie "American Pie," and Chuck Lidell, the former mixed martial arts artist.

The final member of the upcoming edition's cast is Omarosa Manigault, and is probably the most controversial name of all. Manigault is known for being a staunch supporter of Donald Trump, appeared on NBC's "The Apprentice," and joined the White House Staff as the director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison.

However, Manigault left the position on Jan. 20, with reports stating that she has been fired by White House chief of staff John Kelly. Apparently, Manigault was furious about her dismissal, and demanded to speak to the President himself.

However, Kelly said that speaking to the President was not like "going into the Principal's office," prompting her attempt to sneak in Trump's home, where she was escorted outside the Secret Service.

Many netizens were shocked and angry of Manigault's inclusion in the Big Brother cast, while some find it hilarious and are betting on the TV personality to say something about the Trump administration during the show. It remains to be seen if those events will unfold during the Big Brother broadcast.

Celebrity Big Brother premieres Feb. 7 on CBS and will serve as counter-programming for the Winter Olympics. The show will end on Feb. 25.
