It is Thanksgiving and as Jake (Andy Samberg) and Amy (Melissa fumero) are underway with their wedding planning, it is time for the parents to meet. The seventh episode for "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 5 sees the meeting of the families.

Episode 7 of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 5 is titled "Two Turkeys," and as previously mentioned, the Santiagos and the Peraltas are all gathering together for the first time to celebrate the holiday. However, like the usual Thanksgivings before that, things do not go as planned and it is up to Jake and Amy to get them to bond and get along.

By now, failed Thanksgiving plans are the norm. From a failed dinner at Amy's house to Jake trying to get into Amy's father's (Jimmy Smits) good graces by solving a long unsolved case of his.

Back at the precinct, Holt (Andre Braugher) has his and Kevin's special Thanksgiving pie, but he finds out that it was stolen from his office. This leads the captain to look through the ranks for the possible culprit.

It is not the first time someone has stolen food from within the precinct. Rosa's (Stephanie Beatriz) ice cream serves as an example, and it was easy for her to narrow it down to Hitchcock (Dirk Blocker) and Scully (Joel McKinnon Miller), who eventually confessed after being given a cheese pizza despite being lactose intolerant.

Then again, Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) could be a culprit, seeing as he is quite a foodie. It could also be Terry (Terry Crews) as he eats a lot – yogurt more than anything.

Episode 6 saw Jake and Amy attempt to secure a wedding venue after booking everything else. However, their dream venue was taken away from them by the Vulture (Dean Winter), who booked the venue for his own wedding.

Meanwhile, Boyle and Rosa investigated the sudden kidnapping of the police horse, sergeant Peanut Butter. Boyle was reluctant to take part in the investigation, knowing that the horse would always upstage him. Back at the precinct, Holt helps Terry accept that he could not be liked by everybody despite the latter's desire to be loved.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 5 airs Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. EST on FOX.
