Bella Hadid and Drake romance rumors: Not secretly dating; rapper did not pay for Bella's 21st birthday bash

For a while, it has been speculated that model Bella Hadid and rapper Drake are dating. There have been conflicting reports that are circulating lately about whether or not they are indeed a couple. Fortunately, one report managed to shut down these rumors.

As reported by Life & Style magazine, Hadid was previously dating The Weeknd before they parted ways back in November of 2016. She was said to have been charmed by Drake earlier this year. Since both are constantly in the public eye, sources claimed that Hadid wanted to keep their romance low-key. This is because she did not like the publicity she gained after her split with The Weeknd.

The model's mother, Yolanda, also revealed that Bella is no longer concerned about her former flame getting into a relationship with her distant friend, Selena Gomez, just two months after their breakup.

Hadid was trying to get over her ex and was initially not interested in Drake, but that later on changed when he tried to woo her with romantic gestures, including flowers and jewelry. Other than the romantic gestures, Drake allegedly threw Hadid a very elaborate 21st birthday party a few weeks ago.

The supposed reason for the rapper's generosity was because the two of them have been secretly dating since June. They have allegedly been meeting up and going out for romantic dinners, their romance supposedly getting more serious as time went on.

However, Gossip Cop managed to debunk all these reports, revealing that Drake and Hadid are not dating. Drake did go to Hadid's birthday party, but he did not pay for it. His attendance was also not kept in secret because the two of them have nothing to hide. Drake simply went as one of her guests. Both Hadid and Drake are currently single.
