Japanese animated television series "Attack on Titan" season 3 is one of the most-awaited shows on the small screen. Since there are very few updates on the show, fans rely on leaks and plot rumors based on the manga.

The recent season featured many revelations including the humans behind the Colossal Titan and the Armored Titan. It also revealed that Ymir is a titan when she tried to save her friends during a Titan attack. The season also left many unanswered questions, which are expected to be answered in the upcoming season.

[Warning! There are major spoilers for season 3 below.]

The preview for season 3 shows the Beast Titan with a man standing on his shoulder. Spoilers indicate that the Beast Titan is Zeke, the half-brother of Eren. The backstory behind Eren's Titan form might be discussed as it features the story of his old home's basement. The secret of Eren's father, Grisha, will be discovered in the said basement.

There will also be more deaths in the upcoming season, which will include one of the most-loved Scouts. Fans will no doubt look forward to more Titan vs. human fights. Levi and Commander Erwin will face the Beast Titan, while Eren will have a fight with the Abnormal Titan. The Abnormal Titan is twice the size of the Colossal Titan. The person behind this Titan has a strong link to one member of the Scouts.

Recently, the cast and crew of "Attack on Titan" season 3 were published on the anime's official website. The show will still be directed by Tetsuro Araki. Lead stars Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert, and Levi wil be voiced by Yuki Kaji, Yui Ishikawa , Marina Inoue, and Kamiya Hiroshi, respectively.

Season 3 of the hit anime is said to be released in July 2018.

More news and update on "Attack on Titan" season 3 should arrive soon.
