Apple 2016 Black Friday deals, updates: select plans give free iPhones, $200 discounts on iMacs, laptops

A lot of consumers have probably had their eye on a couple of products from Apple, but most of them have likely had to hold off buying them outright due to the rather steep price tags of the devices.

However, the upcoming 2016 Black Friday event may be the perfect time to make that purchase as several retailers across the United States are now offering irresistible discounts for a lot of new Apple products.

Those who are looking to get their hands on the latest iPhone are in luck as the latest models are apparently also being offered with ridiculous discounts. Target is now giving away free iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus smartphones with each qualified cellular plan subscriptions with AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon.

Best Buy is also offering a $250 gift card for every iPhone 7 cellular plan. Walmart, on the other hand, is offering a no down payment scheme for an iPhone 7 which will be coming with a $250 Walmart gift card. Those who plan to get the older models can pick up an iPhone 5s at Walmart for just $99 or an iPhone SE at Best Buy for just $10 a month.

Consumers who are looking to buy a brand new Apple tablet can also get big discounts on the latest models on Black Friday. Target is going to be offering the new 9.7-inch iPad Pro for just $449 instead of $600. Buyers can also get an iPad Air 2 tablet, which will be offered with a $126 discount from its regular price.

Those who want the smaller models can pick up an iPad Mini 2 for just $199.79 at Target, which is a $70 savings from its regular price. Walmart will also be offering the same price reduction for the iPad Mini 2 model as well.

Apple's laptop line will also be seeing some greatly reduced prices this coming Black Friday. During the event, Best Buy will be slashing $200 off the regular prices of their MacBook Air laptops and their 13-inch MacBook Air models as well.

Similarly, the new 21.5-inch iMac will be getting a $200 discount as well, as it will be selling for just $900. Those who are looking to buy the higher end 27-inch iMac with 5K Retina display can pick up the all-in-one computer at Best Buy for just $1,599.99.
