Due to Apple's continued silence regarding its upcoming power-user laptop — the 2016 Apple MacBook Pro — majority of consumers still have no concrete idea what to expect when the product actually does come out. However, despite their silence, rumors and minute details still seem to seep between the cracks as new reports are now claiming to have a rough idea of what it actually coming.

According to the latest reports, the 2016 MacBook Pro will indeed be a technological marvel as it will likely be coming with the latest that modern technology has to offer. Along with the high-end hardware, the device is also expected to be coming with some unexpected features.

One of those features is the long rumored OLED bar that will be replacing the function keys on the keyboard. The OLED touchscreen will reportedly be able to adapt and change its functions depending on the application that is being used.

As for the hardware itself, the 2016 MacBook Pro is expected to be coming with either the current generation Intel Sky Lake processor or the latest generation Kaby Lake processor. The likelihood of either of the processors being included will greatly depend on the transactions Apple has had with Intel, and if they were able to get their hands on the newer chips early on to include it in their production.

The new laptop is also expected to be sporting a brand new Polaris-based GPU that will be supplied by AMD. While not all models will be coming with the high-end graphics card, the larger 15-inch version will likely be sporting it. The new GPU will certainly be a major upgrade for the laptop as it will allow it to run the latest games and editing software.

The 2016 MacBook Pro is expected to be launched during the end of the month. Apple has, of course, not yet verified if it would in fact be launching the device this month, so it would be best to consider the claims as mere speculation for now.
