The coming week will prove to be a rough ride for the Abbots as their legal battle for custody over matriarch Dina Merger (Marla Adams) looks to be a losing battle, as Graham (Max Shipee) is successful in taking Dina away from their household in spite of the family calling for the help of Genoa City Chief of Police Paul Williams (Doug Davidson).

The following are expected to happen for the coming week as teased by Soap Central:

The family will decide to temporarily settle their personal and differences with each other to ensure that they can take back Dina, whose Alzheimer's episodes are becoming more frequent. They plan to take the battle to court but Graham will trump everyone with a revelation during the court proceedings, tightening his grasp on Dina and shaking the Abbots to their very foundations.

Jack will be put in an even tighter spot as Graham will do something that will make claiming his spot in the company even more difficult.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) will disrupt Sharon's (Sharon Carter) gathering so she can apologize for their scuffle, which was a result of what happened between her and Scott (Daniel Hall). She wishes that she could take back what happened but knows that the damage can't be undone. She will be clinging to hope that Sharon may someday forgive her.

Abby plans to put the entire ordeal with her and Scott behind her, however it does not look to be the case for Scott, who seems to have developed feelings for Abby.

Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) will have another hearing for his DUI case and he will have to face the consequences for his immature actions, which thankfully didn't cause any casualties, although this might leave his parents Victoria (Amelia Heinley) and J.T. (Thad Luckenbill) arguing about the severity of the punishment Reed will be taking from them aside from the one that the court will order.

A thief will make off with something important from Jabot Laboratories, infuriating Ashley, who vows that she will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of it.

Future episodes will show Graham exerting more control over Dina, and will reveal a huge comeback.
