"The Young and the Restless" is full of juicy secrets when the soap returns on Jan. 2. Apart from the speculations about Adam Newman's return, the show will also feature Victoria (Amelia Heinle), who will be dealing with the conflict between JT (Thad Luckinbell) and Billy (Jason Thompson). Fans are also looking forward to the possible reunion of Victoria and JT.
Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) recently got in trouble when he was arrested for drinking and driving. JT will blame Billy for this saying that he is not a good influence on Reed. Although JT could be right about Billy's bad influence on the teen, Billy should also be appreciated since he has always been there for Reed. Whenever Reed needs an advice, Billy helps him. Also, Billy saved Reed during the fire, and he should be credited for that.
However, JT will not look into the good things that Billy has done for Reed. This is where Victoria steps in. She will defend Billy saying that he managed to connect with Reed. She will also scold JT for making up issues about Billy.
On the other hand, the love triangle between Billy, JT, and Victoria will end soon. Billy is already in a relationship with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), and Victoria is no longer interested in Billy. Could this open up the door for JT? Spoilers indicate that J.T. and Victoria will have a steamy reunion soon. JT will feel depressed when he receives the divorce papers from Mac (Clementine Ford), but Victoria will be there to comfort him.
Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) will learn about the affair of Scott (Daniel Hall) and Abby (Melissa Ordway-Gaston). She needs to figure out what to do with the two after she learns about their scandalous meet-ups. Elsewhere, things will be tough for Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) as Christian (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) goes missing.
The couple will involve the Genoa City police to help them track Christian. But it appears that things will not be successful. Hence, Nick will ask for the help of Victor (Eric Braeden). Spoilers reveal that they will finally find Christian in the arms of a man who happens to be Adam Newman. It is said that he is not in a proper mindset after surviving the explosion that made many people think that he is already dead. What will happen when Adam returns to Genoa City?
