Fans of the CBS soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful" can expect more tension for the Forrester and Spencer families as spoilers for the upcoming episodes reveal sibling rivalries and slipups in the two clans.

First off, this week brings some sibling rivalry into the mix. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will have a run for his money when Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) shows some of his designs. Eric (John McCook) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will be amazed. Ridge will only resent his brother, not to mention reel with jealousy. He will want Thorne to take his designs and leave Los Angeles.

Of course, that is not happening anytime soon. Thorne is sticking around for a while and he has even made it clear that Ridge has met his match and it seems apparent too. Thorne will also promise to look for Brooke and the rest of his loved ones. He will contend that Ridge will no longer be able to push people around anymore, not when he is around, which could be for a long time.

Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) will both be surprised by the sibling rivalry that is brewing between these two brothers. They will be undoubtedly comparing them to each other this week. Ivy and Quinn have no idea how this will end, but they are sure that this will come with a lot of drama.

Elsewhere, Liam (Scott Clifton) will continue to unknowingly pile on the guilt for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). After breaking down in front of Liam, he will end up assuming that this is because of him. He will apologize for what he might have done or said, but he will only make her feel worse. Steffy will definitely have some difficulty hiding her hookup from her husband.

Come next week, things will get even more difficult, as Quinn might let something slip. It is likely something small, but it could have major consequences. Quinn will say that Steffy spent the night at the Forrester guesthouse. She might point out that she was worried about their marriage. Previously, though, Steffy assured her that they just got into a big fight and worked things out.

Quinn might go to Liam and say that she is glad that everything worked out for both of them. Liam might not think anything of it initially, but this could be the first puzzle piece for Liam to solve. Should he find out that Bill (Don Diamont) also spent the night at the guesthouse and he will, there will definitely be some trouble.

Moving back to the Thorne and Ridge rivalry, Brooke will find herself in the middle of this battle. She will try to take matters into her own hands and settle their bickering, but it will obviously get out of hand. Ridge and Thorne might bring out the fisticuffs.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
