Could there be a bun in the oven? Will there be some paternity drama ahead? It certainly seems to be so in "The Bold and the Beautiful." Spoilers hint that a big pregnancy bombshell will drop in the coming episodes.
Now, the question is, who it will be? The finger is pointed at Steffy (Jacqueline McInnes Wood). Fans can recall that she recently had a chat with Bill (Don Diamont). She said that the stress of keeping their hookup a secret was literally making her sick. Steffy believes that their secret is what is making her feel so sick as of late.
Then again, there is the possibility that she is feeling sick because of a big, life-changing reason. Could Steffy be pregnant? That will surely cause some morning sickness, but she has no idea for now.
Everyone knows that she and Liam (Scott Clifton) have been trying to start a family. With that in mind, Steffy will obviously be off birth control. That serves as a big clue about where this whole storyline is going. It seems that this clue lays the groundwork for what is to come.
This mystery will be especially entertaining for the fans because the options for the father of Steffy's child are father and son. Bill will definitely be anticipating if he is having another kid, or if this could be a grandchild of his. Then again, the two of them made a promise to keep a lid on their hookup forever. They do not want Liam to find out about it.
Steffy's pregnancy will definitely change the game. Bill will likely cause some problems along the road too. Steffy would obviously want to make the baby out to be Liam's. But whether the child she is carrying is Liam's or not, she might not even want to know. But Bill's pride will probably get to him. This will pose the question as to whether he would want to take a step back and let Liam raise who might be his son or daughter.
Bill might think about it and eventually decide that he will not sit for that idea. This might even be his way of trying to get a future with Steffy again. As for her, she will undoubtedly hate the idea of leaving her husband. But the consequences of this paternity mystery seem to be very inevitable. This mystery will also expose their one-night stand in the process, leaving Liam kicked to the curb and heartbroken.
