Secrets do not stay secrets for long in "The Bold and the Beautiful." Spoilers hint that the one-night stand between Steffy (Jacqueline McInnes Wood) and Bill (Don Diamont) will start to leak in the coming episodes, and this means that several characters will start to be in the loop.
Knowing that this secret could cause some major fallout and destroy relationships upon its big reveal, it is understandable that the show would want to take it slow. This will start to trickle out when Steffy finds out that she is pregnant.
The doctor's confirmation will leave her a lot jumpier than before, as much as she will want to be happy about the news. There is a big chance that Bill could be the father of the child she is carrying after all, and Steffy has pretty much made her way through the Spencer men at this point.
But, she will realize that she needs to calm down and not let Liam (Scott Clifton) know about this secret. Liam has been taking the blame for her being so tense and upset lately that it only piles onto her guilt. If Steffy continues being this rattled, Liam will start to suspect that there is something more and it is no longer on his part. True enough, suspicions are already starting to come about and Quinn (Rena Sofer) might be the first one to figure it out.
Quinn already let slip to Liam about how Steffy stayed at the Forrester guesthouse and she was surprised that Liam had no idea she went there. Liam's reaction would certainly get Quinn thinking and she might not be able to let this slide. Plus, she has committed her share of infidelity to Eric (John McCook), so this makes her the best person to learn about Steffy and Bill's hookup first. Perhaps Quinn will try to get it out of Steffy, or she could overhear a conversation they might have.
If Quinn finds out, she might not be too hard on Steffy. She may be understanding more than anything, knowing that she has had a little kissing fling with Steffy's father Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Quinn will likely be able to relate to Steffy's situation, although her own experience was not as extreme as the latter's. While she might agree to keep quiet about this, she will still try and urge Steffy to come clean to Liam.
