'The Bold and the Beautiful' spoilers: Bill headed down dark path, feels remorse after supposedly killing Liam

Everyone knows that Bill (Don Diamont) is often up to no good. Unfortunately, 'The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers reveal that he will be going down a dark path and it seems that there will not be anything that can be done to stop him.

Fans also know that Bill is always going out of line as of late. Despite trying to put his family back together, he still forces them to do things his way. It is his way or bust. He has been preoccupied by his desire to build his skyscraper tower over Los Angeles. Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) is still keeping up with the ruse due to his plot. It is clear that Bill is someone who is determined to pull off any plan that he has, even if he has to lie about terminal diseases as well as burn down buildings and double cross people.

Yet, his latest scheme will make him realize that he has gone too far. Bill will fail to figure out that Liam (Scott Clifton) and Sally (Courtney Hope) are still in the Spectra building. With one press of a button, Bill will have the building demolished. He will then find out that his greed may have killed Liam in the process.

Bill will obviously feel devastated and full of remorse. Fortunately, Liam and Sally make it out alive and Bill will be relieved. Could this be a wakeup call for Bill? Will this scare him straight? It does not seem to be likely.

After this mess, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will decide to cut ties with Bill, but it will not take long for him to move on. Bill will also struggle with his hidden desire for Steffy (Jacqueline McInnes Wood), so it is only a matter of time until he acts on those feelings. With this in mind, it seems that Bill will nearly kill Liam then try to hook up with his wife, too. As if he is not already satisfied with destroying the Spectra building.

Speaking of Bill and Steffy, "The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers indicate that before Liam decides to stay for a sit-in at Spectra with Sally, Steffy will give him an earful. She will think it is crazy how much control Sally has over him, and she will want him to drop this and focus on her and on their marriage.

However, when she finds out that Bill blew up the building with Liam and Sally in it, she will definitely call him out on what he did. Yet, she will also be upset with herself. Steffy might not like that the last thing she did with Liam was fight. As if Liam dying was not bad enough, knowing that they were not on good terms before it happened makes it worse.

Bill and Steffy will both battle guilt. Once her rage blows over, she could bond with Bill again. Even if Steffy is still a little angry, that could very well work out for Bill. Could the two of them decide to hook up when they believe that Liam is dead?

Of course, as spoilers would suggest, Sally and Liam will manage to make it out of there at the last minute. Perhaps they could stay away for a few weeks to teach Bill a lesson. That would certainly give him and Steffy some time alone. Being a "widow," Steffy will not be thinking clearly, and she could easily get in bed with Bill to make herself feel better over what happened.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
